In case you have been thinking of what you might offer for the Silent Auction, I have heard that services always are a big hit. 

Here are a few ideas of things that might fit your skill set:

• Host a Bunco Party for twelve or sixteen
• Provide a set of short knitting or crochet lessons
• Offer a few hours to help make a photo book through an on-line provider like Shutterfly
• Use your boat, canoe or kayak for a two hour boating experience, or boating lesson
• Be the guide for your favorite hike, and provide refreshments at the end
• Provide a tune-up for a family's bicycles
• Offer an afternoon to organize a garage, or storage building. 
• Spend a couple hours, two or three times, teaching houseplant care, or garden care

I'm sure what when you think about your hobbies and talents, you will be able to think up many more ideas that would be very popular. Think of what you would appreciate being offered, and then offer it in the Silent Auction.
